Yves Veggie Cuisine® The Good Veggie Burger 1⁄2 cup vegan mayo 1⁄4 cup yellow mustard 1⁄4 cup sriracha hot chili sauce 1/2 cup hot water 1/4 cup white vinegar 1/2 cup sugar 1 teaspoon salt 1 large cucumber, thinly sliced 1 red onion, thinly sliced
The Good Veggie Burger
Combine vegan mayo, mustard and sriracha. Set aside.
Mix water, vinegar, sugar and salt in a small bowl until sugar is dissolved.
Add cucumber and onion to make the salad and let sit for 3+ hours.
Grill-up a pack of The Good Veggie Burger according to package instructions.
Serve burgers on a sesame bun, topped with the cucumber salad and sriracha mayo.
