Q: Do Yves Veggie Cuisine® products contain any MSG?

A: We do not use any monosodium glutamate (MSG) or any artificial flavours in our products.

Q: How do the nutritional values of Yves Veggie Cuisine® products compare to regular meat?

A: When comparing equivalent serving sizes, Yves Veggie Cuisine® products are lower in calories, saturated fats, cholesterol and contain fiber which regular meat does not contain any.

Q: Do Yves Veggie Cuisine® products contain any nitrites?

A: We do not use any nitrites or any artificial preservatives in our products.

Q: Are Yves Veggie Cuisine® products Kosher?

A: Most Yves Veggie Cuisine® products are kosher certified by the Orthodox Union. This certification is indicated on the packaging. The Orthodox Union approves every aspect of our products including raw materials and processing standards.

Q: What is the best way to store Yves Veggie Cuisine® products?

A: All our products will remain fresh if unopened and refrigerated until the best before date. Frozen products should be kept in the freezer. Since Yves Veggie Cuisine®products are free of artificial preservatives; once the package is opened the product should be consumed within 4 to 5 days.

Q: Can Yves Veggie Cuisine® products be frozen?

A: Yes, most products can be frozen for 1 to 3 months with possible minor changes in texture. After freezing, the products should be thawed in the refrigerator and consumed within 3 to 5 days. Please see packaging for instructions.

A: Yves Veggie Cuisine® products are sold in grocery and health food stores across the U.S.A. Look for Yves in the produce or deli or frozen section(s)

Q: Is soy a source of protein?

A: Yes, it is; soy is one of the few plant proteins that approaches or equals animal products in producing a complete source of protein.
